This is for you if

  1. You have already completed your PMP training and the 35 hour requirement.
  2. You are in the final stage of preparation, with the exam planned in the next 3 to 10 weeks.
  3. You have mock or quiz results to analyse, even partial ones.
  4. You keep narrowing questions down to two answers and picking the wrong one.
  5. You want precise, individual feedback on why you are missing questions, and a clear answer to "am I ready?"

This is not for you if

  1. You are starting from zero or still need the 35 hours of project management education. This programme does not provide them. Start with a full prep course instead.
  2. Your exam is in the next few days and you have no mock data to work from.
  3. You are looking for real exam questions or dumps. I will decline the application.
  4. You want a pass guarantee. Nobody can honestly sell you one.

The plateau is not a knowledge problem

You have done the course. You have read the materials, maybe twice. Your mock scores sit somewhere between 55 and 75 percent, and they have stopped moving.

Here is what is actually happening in that score band. You are no longer losing points on content. You are losing them on decisions: two answers look right and you pick the more familiar one; you answer from how your company works instead of how the exam reasons; you misread what the question is really asking under time pressure; and by question 140 fatigue is making the choices for you.

More studying does not fix a decision pattern. It reinforces it.

And the pattern has a price. Every attempt costs EUR 370 to 490 in exam fees. A retake costs another 6 to 8 weeks of evenings and weekends repeating material you already know. The salary step, the role change, the credential on the signature: all postponed by one wrong preparation decision, which is deciding to sit the exam without knowing whether you are ready.

The exam also changed in July 2026: case based questions, graphic interpretation, more weight on Business Environment. If your preparation predates the change, your mocks may be measuring readiness for an exam that no longer exists.

This is not a course. That is the point.

I also teach full PMP preparation courses, and I recommend them: they are the right tool for building knowledge and covering the 35 hour requirement. If that is your stage, take the course. It is the cheaper and correct decision.

But a course, mine included, is content delivered to everyone. It cannot look at your last mock, question by question, and tell you why you chose option B when option D was the best next action. It cannot separate a knowledge gap from a reading error from a decision habit. It cannot tell you whether you are ready, or what specifically to repair in the 14 days you have left.

That is judgment work, one candidate at a time. It is the only thing this programme does.

The READY 4 Method

Four sessions. Four stages. One decision.

  1. REVEAL. We build your personal Gap Profile from your real data: mock scores by domain, time per question, changed answers, confidence patterns. Output: you know exactly which two gaps are costing you the most points.
  2. REPAIR. We fix the weakest domain and the decision patterns behind your recurring errors, working through questions while you reason out loud. Output: 5 to 10 personalised decision rules that replace guessing with method.
  3. REHEARSE. You sit a full mock. We then debrief it in depth: every incorrect answer, every low confidence answer, the time curve, the fatigue pattern. Output: your Mock Debrief Report and a corrective sprint for the final stretch.
  4. DECIDE. We make the readiness call on evidence: Go, Conditional Go, or Not Yet, plus your complete exam day protocol: pacing, breaks, flagging rules, when to change an answer and when never to. Output: you walk into the exam with a tested execution plan, or you do not walk in yet, and you know why.

Exactly what happens, session by session

Session 1: Reveal. (75 minutes) Before it, you complete a structured intake: mock history, scores by domain, time per question, your three biggest concerns. In session we read your data together, classify your errors (knowledge, decision, reading, time and fatigue), pick the two priorities that will move your score most, and set your 7 to 10 day repair plan. You leave with your Gap Profile and a readiness baseline.

Session 2: Repair. (75 minutes) We work your weakest domain with targeted questions. You verbalise your reasoning; I show you where it forks from the exam's logic and we codify the correction into decision rules you can apply under pressure. You leave with your personal rulebook and drills for the days between sessions.

Session 3: Rehearse. (90 minutes) You complete a full mock beforehand. We debrief it in depth: every incorrect answer, every answer you flagged or guessed, your pacing across 240 minutes, high confidence errors (the dangerous ones), and whether your improvement is stable or luck. You leave with the Mock Debrief Report and a provisional readiness call.

Session 4: Decide. (60 minutes) The readiness decision: Go, Conditional Go, or Not Yet, made on the evidence trail from your baseline. Then we build your exam day protocol: pacing plan for 240 minutes, the two break strategy, case and graphic question approach, answer changing rules, and the final 72 hour plan. You leave with the decision and the protocol in writing.

Between sessions: every session is recorded. Notes, action plans and all artifacts live in your private client portal. You do focused work between sessions; this programme assumes 5 to 10 hours per week of your own study time until the exam.

Everything included

  1. Four live private 1:1 coaching sessions (75, 75, 90, 60 minutes) on video call.
  2. Your personal Gap Profile, built from your real mock data.
  3. Personalised decision rules for your recurring error patterns.
  4. In depth full mock debrief with written Mock Debrief Report.
  5. An evidence based readiness decision: Go, Conditional Go, or Not Yet.
  6. Your complete written exam day protocol.
  7. Recordings of every session, yours to keep for 6 months.
  8. Shared notes and action plans after every session.
  9. Private client portal with all artifacts, resources and your intake.
  10. One asynchronous check in between each pair of sessions (a question by message, answered within 48 hours on business days).

No inflated bonus valuations here: you are buying four sessions of individual analysis and the five artifacts they produce, and that is exactly what is listed.

Who reviews your application

I am Fred, a PMP certified instructor based in Porto, Portugal, with more than 15 years leading international projects, and the founder of PMKinetic, a PMI Authorized Training Partner. This coaching programme is offered independently and is not part of PMKinetic's PMI authorized training curriculum.

The reason this programme exists: after enough students, you stop seeing individual mistakes and start seeing patterns. The same error types appear again and again in candidates who know the material and still miss questions. Courses cannot fix those patterns, because courses cannot see them in your data. A coach can. That is the entire job here: find your patterns, repair them, and tell you honestly whether you are ready.

What the analysis actually looks like

[Sample Gap Profile image pending. Fred to create a specimen from the intake template, labelled "Sample profile", and add it here.]

A real Gap Profile (anonymised). This is the depth of analysis your mock data gets in Session 1.

I publish results the honest way. When this page shows a pass rate, it will be: confirmed passes divided by clients who confirmed sitting the exam, with the period, the number of clients, and unknown outcomes stated. Client selection influences results and I say so. Until there is enough data to report that way, this page shows no pass rate at all.

From application to decision

  1. Apply. 3 minutes, about your exam date, training status and mock data. No payment at this step.
  2. Fit review. I personally review within 24 hours. If this programme is not your correct next step, I will tell you what is, and it will usually cost less.
  3. Enrol and book. If we are a fit, you receive the enrolment link. You book Session 1 within the first week.
  4. The four sessions. Typically completed over 2 to 4 weeks, matched to your exam date.
  5. The decision. You sit the exam with a tested protocol, or you delay it for stated reasons and a plan. Both outcomes are the programme working.

Investment

Founding rate: USD 797, one payment. Or two payments of USD 429.

Why this price, plainly. A failed attempt costs EUR 370 to 490 in exam fees alone, plus 6 to 8 weeks of repeated study. One day of project management consulting costs more than this entire programme. And this is the founding rate: it exists because the programme is new and I am building documented case studies with the first clients, under the outcomes policy above. It will not survive the case study phase.

Capacity, honestly: I take a maximum of 6 new clients per month. Not marketing scarcity; four sessions of individual preparation, delivery and review per client is a hard limit on a calendar. When the month is full, applications roll to the next intake.

Application first. Payment only after we confirm fit.

Two protection points, stated exactly

  1. Before we start. Full refund up to 14 days after purchase, if Session 1 has not yet taken place. Change your mind, get your money back, no questions.
  2. After Session 1: the Fit Checkpoint. If after the first session either of us concludes the programme is not the right fit, the remaining three sessions are refunded pro rata under the published policy. You keep your Gap Profile.

What is deliberately not offered: a pass guarantee. Your result depends on your preparation, eligibility and performance on the day. Anyone selling you a guaranteed pass is charging you for a promise they cannot keep. Full policy on the terms page.

Make the exam a decision, not a gamble

In 2 to 4 weeks: your gaps identified from real data, your decision patterns repaired, a full mock debriefed in depth, and an evidence based answer to "am I ready?", plus the exact protocol for exam day. Four sessions and focused work between them, protected by the 14 day pre start refund and the Fit Checkpoint after Session 1. 6 client places per month, first come in the fit review queue.
