FOR CANDIDATES WITH AN EXAM DATE IN THE NEXT 1 TO 4 WEEKS AND A MOCK SCORE IN HAND
PMPĀ® Exam Sprint: 4 Sessions to a Clear Go / No-Go Decision
The fast, lower-cost version of private coaching. The Sprint compresses the PMP Final Gap Coaching method into 4 sessions over 1 to 2 weeks and ends with one evidence-based answer: Go or No Go. USD 499, instead of USD 797 for the full programme.

This is for you if
- You already have at least one mock or quiz score, even a partial one.
- Your exam is in the next 1 to 4 weeks and you need a fast, honest diagnostic, not another course.
- You keep narrowing questions down to two answers and picking the wrong one.
- You want a direct answer to "am I ready?" without months of coaching.
This is not for you if
- You are starting from zero or still need the 35 hour project management education requirement. Start with a full prep course instead.
- You have no mock or quiz data at all to work from.
- You are looking for real exam questions or dumps. I will decline the application.
- You want a pass guarantee. Nobody can honestly sell you one.
Your exam date is close. Guessing is not a plan.
You already have a mock score. Maybe it is sitting between 55 and 75 percent, and it has stopped moving no matter how much you re-read the material. Or your exam is simply close and you need an outside, evidence-based read on where you stand before you commit to a date.
Here is what is usually happening at that score band: you are not losing points on content anymore. You are losing them on decisions. Two answers look right and you pick the more familiar one. You answer from how your own company works instead of how the exam reasons. You misread what the question is really asking under time pressure. More studying does not fix a decision pattern, it reinforces it.
The exam also changed in July 2026: case based questions, graphic interpretation, more weight on Business Environment. If your last mock predates the change, it may be measuring readiness for an exam that no longer exists.
This is not a course. That is the point.
I also teach full PMP preparation courses, and if you have not yet done the 35 hour education requirement, that is the right and cheaper tool for you. Take the course first.
But a course, mine included, is content delivered to everyone. It cannot look at your last mock, question by question, and tell you why you chose option B when option D was the better move. A coach can. The Sprint is a compressed version of that judgment work: your highest-risk domain repaired, one full mock debriefed in depth, and a straight answer to "am I ready?" before you spend another USD 405Ā to 555 on an exam attempt.
Four sessions, one decision
The Sprint compresses the same evidence based method used in PMP Final Gap Coaching into four focused sessions, built for candidates who already have data to work from and an exam date approaching.
Session 1: Your Gap Profile Diagnostic. (60 minutes) We read your mock and quiz history together, classify your errors (knowledge, decision, reading, time and fatigue), and identify the one or two priorities that will move your score most. You leave with your Gap Profile and a readiness baseline.
Session 2: Deep Dive on Your Highest Risk Domain. (60 minutes) We work your weakest domain with targeted questions. You reason out loud, I show you where your logic forks from the exam's logic, and we turn the correction into decision rules you can apply under pressure.
Session 3: Mock Exam Debrief, Question by Question. (60 minutes) You sit a full mock before this session. We debrief it in depth: every incorrect answer, every flagged or guessed answer, your pacing, and whether your improvement is stable or luck.
Session 4: Exam Day System and Complete Protocol. (60 minutes) The readiness decision, made on the evidence trail from your baseline: Go, Conditional Go, or Not Yet. Then your complete exam day protocol: pacing, breaks, flagging rules, and when to change an answer.

Who reviews your application
I am Fred, a PMP certified instructor based in Porto, Portugal, with more than 15 years leading international projects, and the founder of PMKinetic, a PMI Authorized Training Partner. This coaching programme is offered independently and is not part of PMKinetic's PMI authorized training curriculum.
The Sprint exists for candidates who are close to exam day and need a fast, evidence based answer rather than another module of content. The method is the same one used in the full PMP Final Gap Coaching programme, compressed to fit a tighter timeline and a lighter budget.
From application to decision
- Apply. 2 minutes, about your exam date, training status and mock data. No payment at this step.
- Fit review. I personally review within 24 hours. If the Sprint is not your correct next step, I will tell you what is.
- Enrol and book. If we are a fit, you receive the enrolment link and book Session 1 within the first few days.
- The four sessions. Typically completed over 1 to 2 weeks, matched to your exam date.
- The decision. You sit the exam with a tested protocol, or you delay it for stated reasons and a plan.
Investment
Founding rate: USD 499, one payment.
Why this price, plainly. A failed attempt costs USD 405Ā to 555 in exam fees alone. This is the founding rate for the Sprint format while I build documented case studies with the first clients.
Capacity is limited: coaching places are shared across the Sprint and the full Final Gap programme, a hard limit set by the calendar, not by marketing scarcity. Application first. Payment only after we confirm fit.
How the risk is shared
Before Session 1. If you have not yet had your first session, you can cancel for a full refund at any point up to 14 days after enrolment.
After Session 1: the Fit Checkpoint. At the end of Session 1 we both confirm, honestly, whether the Sprint is the right tool for where you are. If it is not, you receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining sessions, no argument required.
What is not covered. There is no pass guarantee. Nobody who is honest with you can sell you one. What is covered is the quality of the diagnostic, the depth of the debrief, and a straight answer about your readiness.
