Retake Support Protocol: Terms
Last updated: July 2026. This page governs the Retake Support Protocol referenced in PMKinetic's PMP Corporate Program. It is a supplementary remediation offer, not a certification guarantee.
Eligibility
Applies only to participants who complete the full Phase 2 live curriculum (four days) and sit the Phase 3 readiness-gate mock exam (180 questions, 240-minute simulated conditions) as scheduled.
Trigger
A participant is enrolled in the Retake Support Protocol automatically if their readiness-gate mock score falls below 75% in any one of the three ECO 2026 domains (People, Process, Business Environment).
What's Included
One structured drill cycle targeted to the specific domain(s) below threshold, plus one coaching session (up to 60 minutes) with the program instructor, at no additional cost to the client.
What's Not Included
A second attempt at the drill/coaching cycle if the participant does not engage with the first one within the post-program access window (6 months). PMI exam fees, rescheduling fees, or any cost charged directly by PMI. Coverage for participants who did not complete Phase 2 in full or who missed the scheduled mock exam without prior arrangement.
Not a Guarantee
The Retake Support Protocol is a structured remediation offer, not a guarantee of exam success. PMKinetic does not guarantee that any participant will pass the PMP certification exam. Final certification outcomes are determined solely by PMI.
How It's Activated
PMKinetic notifies the sponsor and the participant directly when the protocol is triggered, as part of the Executive Sponsor Dashboard readiness report.
PMKinetic is a PMI Authorized Training Partner. PMP and PMI are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. This page describes PMKinetic's supplementary corporate delivery terms and is not itself PMI-authorized courseware.
